Product consisting of the endosperm with a granular structure obtained from the milling of wheat grain, Triticum aestivum or from the mixture of the latter with Triticum durum, in a maximum ratio of 4:1 (80 % and 20 %), sound, ripe and dry and industrially cleaned with stabilised functional and physical properties.
