Our ingredients replace others such as potato starch or modified starches. They offer high cold viscosity and water retention (binder function) and allow the inclusion in formulations of ingredients that are difficult to process by extrusion (pulse flour, ancient grains flour). They also improve the final texture of the snacks and reduce waste during production.
