Semolina of maize (Zea mays) obtained from the milling of degerminated white maize, without the addition of flour produced during degermination or during the first fractionation of maize to make grits. It does not contain any mixture of other flours, impurities, colourings, or preservatives. The maize is gluten-free and GMO free.
